Linda was highly recommended by friends of mine and they were right. I worked with Linda in April of this year (2020) to sell my apartment and I couldn't have been more pleased! Linda was very knowledgeable about the actual market at Capitol Hill, despite the uncertainties around the Covid epidemic that had just started. Despite this I received multiple offers and Linda negotiated a perfect deal for me in terms of sale price and closing period. Linda brought in an excellent photo/videographer to showcase the apartment online, which created a lot of visibility on the online platforms such as Redfin and Zillow. Linda was always available to answer questions, give guidance, and kept me posted on progress (visitors, offers, etc.). She is great realtor and very pleasant to work with. I had a great experience!

Linda is the only agent I've ever worked with, both on the buying and selling side. She is immediately responsive and takes on all of the small details for her clients. I wouldn't use anyone else's services for real estate transactions!
