She exceeded expectations
Linda did a great and thorough job planning every step of the way, keeping us up to date, giving us insights on things we may want to do, etc. She exceeded expectations by also finding us high-quality professional services (painters, etc.) to finish off some things before going to market. All other painters were booked out months beyond when we needed to sell.
