Linda is the consummate pro. She runs things efficiently and timely from staging to providing handyman support services . She made herself available and personally attended all showings, inspection and walk through. She was responsive to our questions. I think she is very good as our advocate in dealing with potential buyers and their agents. She tends to be somewhat conservative in pricing, but this does foster bidding wars and the house sold on the first day of showing. However, if one wants to be aggressive in pricing, you may have to push in setting the initial price and in negotiations. The promo materials only average.

You cannot find a better agent to represent you than Linda Feinstein. Linda goes above and beyond with every part of the home selling/buying process. Her knowledge generally as well as about the local area is unmatched. She has access/referrals to every possible other professional (decorator, contractors, attorneys, landscapers, stagers, etc.) you can possibly need for your sale/purchase. While I can not say the home sale/purchase process is enjoyable, Linda gets it as close to being hassle-free and streamlined as possible.
