Linda stayed in touch always and answered my questions thoroughly. I believe her position with regards to selling is listening to the client with respect. For example, when Linda advised me to change the selling price, we didn’t agree, but Linda respected my decision.
Linda is matchless in every way a realtor can be. After our house sold, I thanked her for working her "magic". This is not our first experience with Linda. She handled the purchase/sale of our last house, as well as the purchase and sale of our son's house when he and his family moved here from Boston and then to Charleston. She thinks of everything and misses nothing. Her assessment of every situation is right on. She works efficiently, professionally, and is thoughtful to both the seller and the buyer. She makes herself very accessible and responds quickly to even the most mundane questions. We are so grateful to Linda!
I have bought/sold many properties with Linda and she is the best out there! Highly recommend her for her tenacity, knowledge and client service!
Linda was very responsive and proactive with the sale of my house and I got more than I thought I would! She’s such a mover and a shaker that my house was only on the market for three days! And closing was stress-free. Thank you, Linda!
Linda is very professional and quite knowledgeable about the real estate market in the western suburbs of Chicago. She counseled me on the right strategy to sell my home at list price with minimal time on the market (i.e. within 24hrs!). Linda was also instrumental in suggesting enhancements to my decor, and also recommending resources to facilitate getting my home ready for market. I would highly recommend her to sell your home. She is one of Signature Homes/Compass finest!
Linda was a perfect realtor for my Husband and me! She was attentive, available and went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful to have had her in our corner for our first home closing!
Having Linda as our realtor was a great experience. She is knowledgeable and courteous.
This was our second home sale with Linda Feinstein. She knew the market, she expertly staged the home and she negotiated multiple offers for the best possible outcome for us. We will definitely be using her again.
Linda was great to work with! She worked hard to get us the best offer. Her knowledge and experience are extremely valuable. I would choose Linda for any future real estate needs.
Linda is a terrific realtor. Her decades of experience and knowledge, along with exceptional communication and follow through make her your go-to-choice for representation to fulfill your realtor needs. Linda represented my wife and I on the buyer side. She quickly responded with any questions we had and seamlessly coordinated activity with the seller and attorneys. We are extremely happy with how the transaction was completed; it was effortless on our part thanks to Linda. We strongly recommend her.
Linda was retained to help sell my 92 year old mothers home of 40 years. Linda spoke to my mother in person, provided comparables, and explained what services she will perform. My mother felt relaxed and her anxiety level went down knowing that she would be well taken care of. From start to finish Linda communicated what was happening all the way to closing. Highly recommend Linda.
