Linda is an exceptional realtor. Her knowledge of the market & area led to a quick close. She took care of everything so I didn't have to do it myself, which was perfect as I was working out of state. I would definitely use her again. Highly recommend!

Per motto of Faber College in Animal House, knowledge is good, and Linda has it in abundance. Our purchase came together quickly, and would not have happened without Linda’s efforts.

We have used Linda several times: to purchase our home and almost twenty years later to sell the same home. This most recent time, she prepared a South Loop condo for sale and it sold within a short period. What we appreciate about Linda is that she tells you the truth--sometimes the hard truth about preparing your property to move quickly and pricing it right. She researches the market and her advice is spot-on. Her--and our--philosophy is: time is money and she prices the property to move...while holding the line on unreasonable buyer demands. And anyone she brings to prepare the property for sale is as professional as she is. We would always go back to Linda for real estate transactions in the future.

We have had a relationship with Linda for 25 years. Throughout this time, she has continued to impress us with her honesty, knowledge, professionalism and guidance. She knows how to stay calm under pressure, advise and always take situations in her hands with the utmost care. She navigated an uncomfortable situation in the purchase of our new home with total class and a take charge attitude. Linda anticipates your needs and she has an incredible network of people to assist in the entire process. Her reputation in the industry is beyond compare. Linda, you are the BEST!!!!

We rush for a relocation from Texas to Chicago, and I never live in the north before. There is only one weekend for us to tour and buy a house. Our very experienced realtor, Linda provides all houses on market by emails twice per day, keep sending us her feedback for the houses that we prefer to tour. From early morning to late night, she always responds to our calls/messages in minutes. Linda prepared three offers for us during one weekend. Finally, we bought a house we like too much. I strongly recommend her group to you.

I had the pleasure of working with Linda Feinstein on my recent home transaction. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Linda went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the market and expertise in negotiations were invaluable and helped me secure the transaction. Not only was Linda professional, but she also showed genuine care and concern for my needs. She listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the right buyer. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and made sure I understood every step of the process. She always gives recommendations that suit my situation. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate real estate agent. Her passion for the industry and commitment to their clients truly sets them apart. Thank you, Linda, for making my home-selling journey a success!

I have worked with Linda for 10 years now. My far the best.

Linda Feinstein exemplifies professionalism and expertise. This is our second experience working with Linda, and we would not consider working with anyone else. From the start, she thoroughly researched comparable properties and thoughtfully assisted us in determining price and a marketing strategy. Linda excels at advising throughout the buying and selling of a home. When selecting a real estate broker, Linda should be your first choice.

Linda was very professional and worked hard doing whatever it took to sell our home. She went above and beyond our expectations on get our home sold fast. I would highly recommend her

We have been looking for our dream home for the last year or more. Linda was on the top of all new listings, she forwarded them to us. She is very dedicated and detailed oriented with great heart. she was always available for communication regardless what time of the day. she is performing her job with love and care of her clients and I would recommend her for everyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I have always used Linda and always will! She truly listens, cares and therefore succeeds for you. She is expert in her knowledge and experience. I trust her completely.

I actually do not know where to start. I Linda Feinstein I an incredible realtor. What makes an incredible realtor? They WORK for every penny. THEY show up. THEY are reasonable and they do not sell you or tell you what you want to hear. They are honest and they work hard. I have sold many homes with Linda and she takes the lead and makes it easy and seamless. I live out of town and my last home was a luxury home that had some things that needed fixing. Linda took it upon herself to get the items fixed. Linda met with contractors, arranged for cleaning ladies and just went the extra mile like she always has. The home was on the market for less than 24 hours and we had a generous offer (as the home was priced appropriately) We closed 5 weeks later without any issues or problems. This has been my history with Linda. She is just a kind person, she loves what she does, she loves making people happy. I just have so much respect for people that work hard and make things happen versus expecting them to happen. Selling and buying homes can be quite stressful at times, having an amazing realtor (and husband :-) )) can eliminate so much of that stress.
