I actually do not know where to start. I Linda Feinstein I an incredible realtor. What makes an incredible realtor? They WORK for every penny. THEY show up. THEY are reasonable and they do not sell you or tell you what you want to hear. They are honest and they work hard. I have sold many homes with Linda and she takes the lead and makes it easy and seamless. I live out of town and my last home was a luxury home that had some things that needed fixing. Linda took it upon herself to get the items fixed. Linda met with contractors, arranged for cleaning ladies and just went the extra mile like she always has. The home was on the market for less than 24 hours and we had a generous offer (as the home was priced appropriately) We closed 5 weeks later without any issues or problems. This has been my history with Linda. She is just a kind person, she loves what she does, she loves making people happy. I just have so much respect for people that work hard and make things happen versus expecting them to happen. Selling and buying homes can be quite stressful at times, having an amazing realtor (and husband :-) )) can eliminate so much of that stress.

Linda and her talented team did an outstanding job. The way they helped us prepare and present the house was remarkable. Goshia was spot on when she said that when you sell you need to remove the personal touches so that the prospective buyer could reimagine how they could make it their home. Everyone from Linda's staff helped prepare us and guide us through all mental hurdles. Selling and moving is very stressful, Team Feinstein seemed to always be there to help us get through every step. Linda took a great deal of time up front to educate us on her approach to selling our home. She earned our trust in her by showing previous home sales and then explaining how that would relate to us. I did not want to micro manage the process. I was so confident after our meeting that I told her to do what she does best on our home. Team Feinstein took great pains in every detail to show the home in a way most appealing to potential buyers. She put together a very nice sales brochure with pictures and descriptions that highlighted the many features of the home. She did an excellent job of pricing the home, which was difficult as it was a unique custom built ranch. The house was listed on a Tuesday. By Thursday evening we had 3 offers to evaluate. By Friday evening a second round of bids gave us an offer 4% over asking. The closing process went just as smooth, again thanks to Team Feinstein's pointers and suggestions.
