I meet Lillian and Joe because they had been my daughter and son-in-laws landlords. They treated them professionally and were cognitive and responsive to their needs. When we decided to find a house we could live together in, my daughter said let’s use Joe and Lillian as I only have positive memories of our time when they were our landlords. We meet with them and from the first meeting forward they guided us step by step thru the finding of our new home and the selling of our old homes. They communicated daily ( often numerous) times. They were pleasant, helpful and always patient with each and every one of us. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home. They give a new definition of professional. It was one of my greatest experiences getting to know and be able to call them friends and family.

Lillian was excellent, no other way to subscribe it. From the paper work to the showings, everything was done in a professional manner, always looking out for the best for her clients.
