When we decided to find a house we could live together in, my daughter said let’s use Joe and Lillian as I only have positive memories of our time when they were our landlords. We meet with them and from the first meeting forward they guided us step by step thru the finding of our new home and the selling of our old homes. They communicated daily ( often numerous) times. They were pleasant, helpful and always patient with each and every one of us. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home. They give a new definition of professional.
