She called for the pest inspection and had contractors available that could take care of any issue that needed to be taken care of before putting my home on the market. She is diligent, hardworking, and very knowledgeable and proficient in the selling of real estate. She has excellent communicative skills and always kept me informed and answered any questions I had. She was an absolute life saver during the whole process, she was very on top of it and managed all parties very well. We couldn't have done it without her! Lillian is fantastic. She was on time for our first meeting. She was prepared and was ready to listen to us. She asked questions to get to know us and our property. She returned to her office and reviewed all that we had discussed and comps for the area and got back to us with a price and the reasons behind that suggested price. Lillian is down to earth and easy to talk with. She's very "real". That may sound simply but it's very important. Lillian knew that this was the first house we've sold and gently guided us as needed and explained things that we were unsure of. Lillian stayed on top of things and made sure that we were always in the loop. After the house sold she made sure that our money had in fact made it into our account.
