This woman was beyond warm and open-armed. It was so personal, felt like she was long time friend. Her care and professionalism has been stellar. She was so helpful and we truly felt safe with her. Being first time buyers we were terrified! But not with Lillian. She kept cool and collected from the gate, a true all-star!
