I always could count on her on every house I wanted to look at. She would contact sellers to find out more info to if we had a question on the house. Lidia also went the extra mile during closing and got extra things fixed and added to the house we bought. Highly recommend everyone in the north state to Lidia . 5 Star service!

My house wasn't exactly the easiest property to sell. It is in a beautiful location but very rural. Lidia has made the area her specialty. There were a lot of challenges to completing the sale and each time, Lidia rose to the occasion and powered through by finding solutions, gathering resources, and providing guidance at opportune moments. Lidia is a very positive, knowledgeable, and determined agent who is undeterred by challenges. I recommend her without reservation!

She set up weekly calls just to touch base on what part of the process we where on. Handle a lot of work on her own to lighten the load on my busy schedule. 10/10 will use her services again
