Lidia was so ontop of everything throughout the whole buying process, contacting us after business hours just to make sure we’re in the loop, driving to my house to pick up paperwork after hours, anything she could have done to make the buying process a breeze she did! Sell your house here's what you have to do If you invest your labor and about $10 thousand Paint the place Clean the house on the outside Trim all these bushes and Trees Improve these sidewalks Clean boulevard I can get you an extra $40 thousand I found all 4 relastate Agents especially 1 that said she was in the top 1% not knowledgeable enough for me Personally i found the not at the same level as Canada's Relestate Agents Lidia listened Got drones at my place Got an individual That painted improved the ouside Improved my Garage We cut down Trees Straightened all the gates and fences Did some landscaping Improvred the outside and did everything for me that mattered in selling the property and it took 1 year to sell and just at the right time So i appreciated what lidia did Thks Walter

I started looking for homes close to thunderhill race track in willows California for about 2 years . I was looking for a home with a few acres ,a shop and plenty of parking and a single story house.
