Sheri took the burden of updating my grandparents house to get it on market and then she spent hours trying to sell it to the right new owners. I didn't want to sell to investors, to someone who would be renting it or tearing things out. I wanted the home to stay a home for the next generation. I wanted a family to love the home that held so many memories to be loved again. There were many offers and some were a match but for whatever reason the sale didn't go through. Not because of Sheri. It was me. I was holding out for the right buyers. Finally! they came and are now living their best new life in Roseville. They saw my vision.
