I have worked with Lida prior to this transaction and will definitely work with her again. Lida really listened to me and my mother - our investment needs, our likes and dislikes. But she did not just blindly do what we told her to - she also added her immense professional knowledge / suggestions and helped us make a much better decision than we would have by ourselves. On this particular deal the seller's agents were somewhat green / specialized more in rentals rather then sales, so Lida picked up a LOT of slack and did both hers and theirs job!
