Lida helped me find a new renter for my property. Lida did an excellent job during the most difficult times – COVID19 pandemic. First, because of the reduced amount of potential renter visits to the property she suggested to do a virtual staging so the pictures of the property really pop. And they sure did! Huge number of interested parties within first week on the market. Second, Lida found wonderful new renters for me – not once, but twice! It just so happened that the first renter, already under contract, had a force-major event in the family and I decided to let the contract cancel out. So, Lida, turned around and almost immediately found a new renter for a full asking price! She handled everything – paperwork, showings, screening, etc. I highly recommend Lida – I’ve been doing business with her for five years and will do so again!
