Lida did an excellent job helping us find our new apartment. She was extremely detail oriented and timely across the entirety of our process. Lida Downey helped secure a terrific home during the historical COVID-19 pandemic. My first home at that. The great things about Lida is that she has design inputs and gives you great advice and learns her clients very well to understand what they want in a home. I don’t know how she does it but she will make sure you get in to see a home while working with all her other clients simultaneously. I was able to get into every house at all times of the day and any day of the week.
