Liana Norman was recommended by my neighbor and after meeting, I retained her services. We discussed the value of my home and what we might list it for with and without some upgrades such as painting, new flooring and more. We decided the upgrades would attract more buyers. Liana oversaw the work being done and was very involved in choosing upgrades like new fixtures and lighting. Upon completion, the house was listed for our agreed upon price and we accepted an offer 8 days later for the asking price. Liana succeeded in overcoming a series of obstacles in completing the sale of my investment condo. First, she had to oversee the complete remodel for me since I lived out of the area. Then she had to select the list price of the condo when there were virtually no comps in the area. After the unit garnered multiple offers, she had to deal with several attractive offers from buyers that turned out to be either flakes or had insufficient funds to completed the transaction. In the end, we closed for more than I anticipated and over list price. Her patience and persistence were exemplary throughout the process.
