Leslie Wollard

I had the privilege of working with Leslie when my sister asked me to help her with the sale of her condo. We live in Michigan, so it was imperative that we have someone who could handle all aspects of the sale. With Leslie as the realtor, we got that and so much more. She knew exactly what to do whatever was needed. She removed my sister's personal belongings and took them to a charitable organization, she cleaned, she shampooed the carpet, she removed unwanted items, and she rearranged the existing items to enhance the appearance of the condo. She made suggestions for some improvements, and handled all the necessary work to complete them. Leslie did an amazing job staging the condo, and she was always available for anything that was needed. I especially appreciated how she was extremely prompt at returning calls, texts, and emails. Just two months after my sister signed the papers to sell her condo, the sale was completed and the new owners took possession.
