Leslie was hosting an open house some years ago when we met - she has been so helpful in every way, even picking us up at the airport when we flew down to look at property. After 2 years of contact with us, we finally decided to purchase a home she found for us in Westbrook Village in Peoria. Besides being a lovely lady, she knows the Pheonix real estate market and has many return clients and referals. We decided to sell our home but before it was ever on the market, she had a solid buyer waiting for just the right property. The transaction was complicated but Leslie was incredible in working with us and the new buyers, all the while, working with the homeowners association to clear up some loose ends, and with the title company and her realty to insure a smooth transition. She also secured an excellent price for our home and had an immediate sale for my buyers which was a win-win for all of us. My wife and I will always in her debt, both for her dilligence and professionalism but especially for her friendship thru the years. You will not find a more dedicated realtor (and we have worked with many) who will treat your property you are selling or wanting to buy as her own. Love this lady, and you will as well when you meet her! In a world where trust is continually eroding, you can explicitly put your trust in Leslie.

Leslie was outstanding to work with. Really listened to us and help us figure out what would work best for us. We sold and bought a new property all with in a 6 week period. Leslie was especially familiar with the Westbrook Village area. We would highly recommend Leslie.

We have used Leslie Howard for six transactions since 2009, for both the buying and selling of our properties in Goodyear Arizona As well Leslie found us very reliable tenants for our rental homes. She responds quickly to every question, text, email and phone call no matter the time of day or night. Leslie helped us find a condo in Phoenix this past spring. As foreign buyers it was more challenging than buying local but Leslie made the experience both easy and enjoyable.
