When we came to Ocean Isle Beach to evaluate the community, we did not know a realtor. We met Leslie during a “Parade of Homes” event in the fall of 2022. When we decided to look for a property in 2023, we reached out to Leslie to represent us. We are confident that had circumstances not led to a chance introduction to Leslie during the Parade of Homes, we would not have found/won our new home.
