I'm a smart, no-nonsense kind of person, so I really appreciated working with someone who is direct and knowledgeable. She gave me all the info I wanted or needed, and made the process (almost) painless :) My husband and I had very specific things in mind, which did not necessarily match - but Leslie and her team made it happen!
Leslie is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have encountered in New Orleans. If she doesn’t know the answer, she knows where to find it, and quick! We had a few snafus with the seller and their agent, and I felt like Leslie was literally holding my hand through the whole process. She recommended and worked well with the best vendors and title company to ensure that I would have no surprises in my near future. I cannot speak more highly of her, and have recommended clients that most realtors would turn their nose up at, and she has embraced them and given them the same attention as if they were celebrities. She will forever get my business, as she deserves all the business!
As a first time, single home buyer I was absolutely terrified about the process. I didn't know what it involved or if I was even capable of buying a home. On our first meeting Leslie took the time to explain to me the step by step process from making an offer through closing, taking away the mystery and fear. She took the time to really find out what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. As a native New Orleanian she has a fierce knowledge and passion for the city. As my agent she was deeply understanding and empathetic to my needs and my fierce advocate through the entire journey.
She helped this clueless vet and his wife, that was on tour at the time, find a house in our budget, navigate all of the VA paperwork, and help secure the loan along with the house. Even after purchase she's gone above and beyond anyone's scope of duty to continue to check in on us, and the progress that we're making in our lives. I can't recommend Leslie enough if you are even thinking about purchasing a house.
Leslie is simply the best, I was so nervous about purchasing my first home and she held my hand every step of the way. We had special circumstances and were in a time crunch, and she made it happen in record breaking time. She goes above and beyond for her clients, I can't imagine doing this with anyone else. I can't recommend her enough, she's amazing. (And hilarious)
