Buying and selling are both SO STRESSFUL and in different ways. I've done both with Leslie and her team, and during really different markets. They took care of me and still check in, they made me part of a community, and were SO MUCH MORE than transactional. I still go to them for house and community advice, recommendations, connections and referrals for services and common questions about the bizarre grown up experience of owning a home. BE saved my BEhind! Heather really, truly went the extra mile in getting my Mom's house in Algiers Point sold. Long story short: I live in Portland, Oregon and my elderly Mom's house needed to be sold and needed work done. Heather and Lesilie helped find the contractors and even managed everything that was needed. We got two offers and Heather handled both perfectly all while dealing with the personal artifacts left in the house. I never had to fly down to 'Nawlins once. I had full trust in them and they did an amazing job. I'd argue you're going to have a hard time finding better realtors in your area.
