Leslie was knowledgeable, skilled, and still managed to be a real human throughout the process of buying our first home. We were able to joke around with Leslie, get to know her, and still feel like she had the stressful process of buying a house under control for us. She's knowledgeable about the New Orleans Metro area and all its quirks because she's lived here and knows the ins and outs, an invaluable thing for us. She has many well established connections to trustworthy people you'll need throughout the house buying process and makes things as easy as they can be. Overall, you'd be hard pressed to work with a better agent.

I need to be the the first person in the door because I am positive that I am going to want to put an offer in before I even step in the door, she makes it happen. My first buy was 2015 and she made sure that I had all my ducks in a row and held my hand through the process. All of her help was the sole reason that I ended up with the little house of my dreams when there were multiple offers, some of them more than mine. Now, the next will be property #4 and I know it’s hard to believe, but she is even more amazing than day 1. Do yourself a favor and experience what it is like to do business with someone who is honest, passionate about what they do, meticulous with details and efficient as heck. You’ll never purchase a property with anyone else afterward.

Leslie (and Heather!) not only walked us through the technical parts of selling our house, but were understanding of the emotional aspects as well. We had to move out of state before our house sold, and it had been sitting on the market for a while before Leslie came in. We were stressed and overwhelmed, and the sale of the house felt like a block to the next part of our lives. When Leslie came on board, she not only had a whole marketing and pricing plan, she was respectful of our (not new and shiny) house and the significance of closing this chapter. Before listing the house, she had it appraised, deep-cleaned, staged, drafted a floor plan, took new photos, and created a marketing video and webpage for the house. I chose to work with her not only because I know her to be someone who gets sh*t done, but also because she has a clear love and appreciation for New Orleans and its (sometimes very "quirky") real estate. Leslie was efficient and communicative, patient with explanations of the process and why she was suggesting certain things, and helped the new buyer see what we loved about the house. From re-listed to closed in less than two months. We are so grateful to be starting off 2023 right on the heels of this house sale, and could not be happier with the entire process. Don't sleep on your girl here- she knows what she's doing!

We loved Leslie! I must have asked her one hundred thousand questions about every little minutia of the home buying process--including stuff that 'wasn't her job' like the ins and outs of securing a mortgage and homeowners insurance--and she always was so patient and always took the time for me. She's SUPER responsive. SUPER organized. And I truly trusted her to do what was in our best interest. (That was the biggest problem with our first agent--we really couldn't trust that he wasn't just trying to close fast to make a quick buck.) AND THEN, after we closed, she has continued to answer our questions and alert us about important first-time homeowner stuff we'd have no clue about otherwise--like the deadline for the homestead exemption application, or hurricane prep, or leads on good contractors. She's been an invaluable resource for us both before, during, and after the homebuying process and we're sooo grateful!!
