She reached out very quickly, was professional, and understanding of our situation (we are overseas and looking for a house before we get to Wichita Falls). Having lived the military life herself, she was more than understanding of what we were going through. Leigh was very will versed in the VA loan and all that it entails (inspections, what will pass/what will not, who to go with, if we should ask for a repair or not). She walked us through every step, responded very fast, gave great advice, and, above all, is so good at her job! Leigh was the perfect realtor! This was not our first home buying experience, but it was our first in Texas. This meant that we knew enough to be picky and annoying! Leigh however, never us feel that way! She was accommodating, informative, and thoughtful about the properties she showed us. We really felt heard about our wishlist and preferences. When we settled on a home to purchase, she offered advice and guidance, and held our hands through the entire process (even fielding calls and emails when I had a baby in the middle of our closing process!) Leigh made me feel so comfortable with buying a home id never see until move in day! Being military, having a “home” is really the only thing to look forward to.
