Is there an option to give twenty stars? No?! Well there should be! From the minute we received orders and I reached out to Leigh to getting the message that we have closed. Leigh has bee phenomenal! She explained everything to us and provided advice and support the whole time. Leigh takes the stress out of stressful and leaves you feeling full…full of hope and happiness that you picked her as your realtor! If we ever end up in Wichita Falls again, we will definitely use her again!

This was our first time selling a house. Leigh was always available to answer questions and steer us in the right direction. She was always quick to provide us with information we needed in order to close on the house. You can't go wrong with Leigh as your realtor.

Leigh did a fantastic job guiding us through the selling process! She went over all the details and ensured us that everything was going well and kept us up to date on how the process was going. I would recommend Leigh to anyone moving into the area

Leigh was recommended to me by a trusted realtor I used in Florida. We planned on buying in Wichita Falls while still living in Florida and due to the distance, wouldn't be able to make it out to view every home. This was no problem for Leigh. She did amazing, thorough video walkthroughs for any home we requested, usually same or next day. She also did drives around the neighborhood to show us where we would be living. After choosing a home we wanted to put an offer in on, Leigh leveraged her knowledge of the market and her experience in home buying to put together a competitive offer that was accepted. She went to bat multiple times for us during the buying process to get additional items included in the contract including repairs and home warranties. I would not hesitate to recommend Leigh to anyone looking to purchase in Wichita Falls. She is utterly professional and works hard to make sure her clients are taken care of to the best of her abilities.

Working with Leigh was an absolute pleasure. She understood my family's needs and the tumultuous task that is PCSing. She kept in contact with us constantly, and was always more than happy to view houses for us and answer any and all questions we had. Moving from out-of-state and buying a house sight unseen was incredibly daunting, but Leigh made the home-buying process much less stressful. We are so grateful for her help throughout this experience, and are so excited to finally settle into our home!

Leigh Sweeney she is the best! She gives you 100% . She is always there and ready to answer questions and help guide you every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to all .

We have worked with Leigh on two sales and two purchases now and she has never let us down. Leigh will go to bat if any issues arise for her clients. I’m thankful for her tips and knowledge she has provided to us as we begin our next adventure! I can’t imagine working with any other agent. Thanks, Leigh!

Leigh has helped us twice now with both selling and buying our homes. She goes above and beyond to help out in any way possible to make process easy going. Thank you Leigh for all that you do!!

Leigh went above and beyond to help us find a home that we love!

Leigh was awesome from start to finish, we bought our home sight unseen. She did a video walkthrough on a Friday evening for us. She always was available via phone for any questions we had. She hooked us up Caroline with Flat Branch for financial assistance whom was also great. All in all our experience was great, we would highly recommend

Leigh is amazing. She worked hard through all the hiccups and during our life transition it was a huge relief to feel that we were in good hands. If your selling or buying (I've used her for both) she's should be your go to because Leigh is absolutely amazing at her job and ensures her clients are listened to and thatm she kept things running smooth and ensured I had the updates needed to not panic. Both in the buying and selling from afar (military family) she's taken care of us. Go with Leigh. You'll have no regrets.

Leigh made the process to sell our house so easy. From the first phone call she was clear, communicated the whole process, and never left us confused or questioning the process. Any time we called or texted she got back to us immediately and never made us feel like there were no silly questions. Her recommendations and connections were amazing and we were able to close on our house so quickly and we were satisfied with our end of the deal. I can’t thank her enough on her professionalism and kindness. I will recommend her all day every day!
