Leigh was recommended to me by a trusted realtor I used in Florida. We planned on buying in Wichita Falls while still living in Florida and due to the distance, wouldn't be able to make it out to view every home. This was no problem for Leigh. She did amazing, thorough video walkthroughs for any home we requested, usually same or next day. She also did drives around the neighborhood to show us where we would be living. After choosing a home we wanted to put an offer in on, Leigh leveraged her knowledge of the market and her experience in home buying to put together a competitive offer that was accepted. She went to bat multiple times for us during the buying process to get additional items included in the contract including repairs and home warranties.
