As a first time home buyer, she was fully capable of handling issues and clarifying details. If I had to provide a critique, it would be for her to stress buyers to visit more properties than they think is enough. The small amount of time it takes to visit even one more property could be worth the effort to ensure the buyer is 100% comfortable with the purchase. Overall, we feel lucky to have stumbled upon a competent and reliable realtor and will have no hesitation to ask for her assistance in the future.
