Lee worked diligently to ready the property for sale. He arranged to have a RLS confirm and identify important property lines. Arranged and managed extension of culvert at entrance, clearing and stoning of entrance and parking area. Arranged and managed to have some potential homesites cleared as well. As a result the property showed well and sold in less than six months from listing for a price above my expectations.

Lee did a commendable job in presenting our house through drone video and an excellent set of photos and collateral for those that came to see our home!

He met with the prospective buyers and sold our property. A lot of other realtors had shown the property but was unable to sell it. We had a terrible experience with another buyer. She pulled out of the contract at the last minute. Lee was there for us and helped us thru the horrible experience. He then turned around and got us another buyer.

He is very knowledgeable, kept me informed and was helpful in my making the correct decision. Would not hesitate in working with him in the future if I need him.
