Made the process simple and gave great advice!
Lee's communication was concise and timely. He guided me through the sale while out of state. He is clearly knowledge on the market and pricing plus the ins and outs of getting buyer's attention. He recommended staging the house which I'm confident was worth the time & money in getting interest. Price and closing negotiations were fully in my control while Lee gave great advice on starting price and adjustments to match the market. Fully recommend working with Lee!
