The best of the best

Lee Ann does not leave a stone unturned... She is dilegent, thoughtful, kind , considerate and above all, she knows what she is doing... She explains everything to you, and she went above and beyond to sell my home. In addition, she worked with the other realtors to iron out difficulties, if any arose. I also got a good friend out of the bargain.. that is a win/win

Amazing experience from start to finish!

Lee Ann was an absolute dream to work with! This was our first ever home buying process and we came in completely blind. Lee Ann really took the time to educate us about the housing market, home-buying process and went above and beyond in giving multiple resources during the entire transaction. Lee Ann took the time to digest what our wants and needs are, spent weekends accomodating our schedule to view multiple properties and helped guide us into landing our final decision. I cannot thank her enough for making a very stressful situation to such a positive experience. Her continued growth of knowledge and willingness to put her customer first shines through. Efficient from start to finish

Lee Anne was extremely involved from start to finish. Lee Anne also kept things moving when we were thinking everything had stalled out. She kept the builders moving and kept us informed every step of the way. Now for the sale of our house LeeAnne was on top of that as well in the same manner working with us and the buyers agent to make it happen in a timely manner. We highly recommend Lee Anne for either or both a buyers or sellers agent. 5******
