We decided to move to SC in September 2024. We made our first offer on a house in Margaritaville, which was declined. Ledeen had the patience of a saint as she prepared a list of properties for us to tour on our next trip in October. We found the right property, but there was just a little delay in making an offer because of health issues with the seller. In January 2025, we were again in Margaritaville.
