We decided to move to SC in September 2024. We made our first offer on a house in Margaritaville, which was declined. Ledeen had the patience of a saint as she prepared a list of properties for us to tour on our next trip in October. We found the right property, but there was just a little delay in making an offer because of health issues with the seller. In January 2025, we were again in Margaritaville. We planned to spend the week and leave with an accepted offer. It took one day to make an offer and have it accepted. Ledeen was amazing at efficiently recruiting a home inspector, introducing us to a closing attorney, helping us locate an insurance agent, and walking us through the South Carolina paperwork. Ledeen worked diligently over the next month. She provided us with all the information to make our move go smoothly. That included signing up for utilities, registering our vehicles, completing the HOA paperwork, and reviewing the loads of paperwork.
