Leanne Smith initially handled the listing details quickly and efficiently during a time of slow sales. She continued favorable listings on Zillow and other regional listing sites thru out the slow fall, winter and spring periods and handed off the direct sales activity to Patty Zunino in late spring. The combined team actively sought out potential buyers and were active in arranging the final sales package which lead to the closing of escrow within 30 days of offer acceptance. One disappointing factor was the Sales team dropped out of the Homes for Heros program after the initial listing of the condo.
