This property needed a few improvements and I wanted to sell it quickly without spending money on the improvements. I had looked into the quick cash options and was seriously considering that route. LeAnn me down and explained to me what the market was like now and the strategies she could use to get the most money in a short amount of time. The property closed successfully without any other problems. So start to finish the process took 6 weeks.
