Laura, completely embarrassed our situation in both selling and purchasing our homes. She did this by listening to, acknowledging and confirming our current situation and future! During the last 10 days of selling and buying she assisted us with moving as the buyers of our home did not extend any grace to our move out, or honor the actual purchase contract. She came out to our house the night before closing and filed up her own car. After closing she move all of these items to our new home. Humbled and honored to have her as our friend in this process. Within 3 weeks to my surprise we received a full ask offer.
