She was able to help us navigate several tricky issues with the seller, kept us updated, and was consistently kind, energetic, and passionate. With her help, we were able to successfully purchase our first home! Additionally, Laura was able to provide valuable, personal insight into the area. As we purchased the home from another state, this was incredibly helpful. She provided a map of areas to avoid (flooding, tornadoes, etc.) and helped guide us to areas that matched our desired lifestyle. We also were able to do several virtual walkthroughs!

She was exceptional in commutation, research, and negotiations to help our family successfully find a home that best fit our desires. There was nowhere she wouldn’t go to help me find the home I was looking for, and I took her out into the country down some rough roads (Mind you, I was looking 2 hours away from where she lives). When I found a home partially built, she did the research for me on how to build my own home and the process I would need to go through just so I understood. In selling my original home she kept to her reputation of having an offer the first week. That offer/person ended up being the buyer. Before we even got to the place of listing it, Laura researched my home, the history of it’s design and the people who owned it (including my family). I just sold my house with the help of LB. I could never have don’t it without her. She was wonderful, amazing, a great adviser and helper. LB went above and beyond in the help she gave me. I can’t thank her enough. Thank you LB from my whole heart.

I answered a cold email which I usually delete instantly with out reading a word. Something told me to read it. I am SO glad I did. She handled the sale of my duplex speedily and professionally even with issue after issue. She will find a solution if not a few for any situation and you'll always feel she has your back. I live in SC and the duplex is in KY but she made the process easy. LB and I met the end of March in KY and I have to say I was impressed not only with her knowledge but with her. It's like meeting a new best friend. I trust her and that's a hard hurdle to accomplish. LB is also handling the purchase of my 20 year old son's first home. She has become his second mom.
