Throughout the entire process Laura was communicative and responsive. She was able to help us navigate several tricky issues with the seller, kept us updated, and was consistently kind, energetic, and passionate. With her help, we were able to successfully purchase our first home! Additionally, Laura was able to provide valuable, personal insight into the area. As we purchased the home from another state, this was incredibly helpful. She provided a map of areas to avoid (flooding, tornadoes, etc.) and helped guide us to areas that matched our desired lifestyle. We also were able to do several virtual walkthroughs!

I normally do not post reviews but in this instance, I want share with others our experience. We knew from the first time we spoke with Laura that she was a dedicated and detail oriented person with our best interest at heart. She didn’t just offer professional services but truly cared about helping you find the right home. She walked through homes with us with open and honest opinions of the pros and cons of each one. She was exceptional in commutation, research, and negotiations to help our family successfully find a home that best fit our desires. Buying a home can be very stressful and she made it fun and enjoyable. She is an amazing person! We were so blessed to have her represent us in our journey and we can not thank her enough!

Above and Beyond Laura worked harder for me than I could imagine. There was nowhere she wouldn’t go to help me find the home I was looking for, and I took her out into the country down some rough roads (Mind you, I was looking 2 hours away from where she lives). When I found a home partially built, she did the research for me on how to build my own home and the process I would need to go through just so I understood. In selling my original home she kept to her reputation of having an offer the first week. That offer/person ended up being the buyer. Before we even got to the place of listing it, Laura researched my home, the history of it’s design and the people who owned it (including my family). When I found myself behind in getting things done, she offered to come out and help personally. Laura is highly motivated, inquisitive and driven to do the best job for her clients that she can. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is excellent!
