Lawrence assisted my family and me in the purchase and sale of our home. And I must say that he will go above and beyond to ensure that your transaction goes smoothly and that you get the best deal possible. While we were selling our house, my family and I (mostly me) were concerned about the amount of money it would take to prepare the house for the market. When the house is staged, we will have to walk on eggshells to keep it clean, and I don't want people looking through my belongings, Haha. When I spoke with Lawrence and expressed my concerns, all he said was, "I got you!" With a sly grin. Haha Let me tell you, when a guy like Lawrence says he's got you, you can believe him. Lawrence contacted Staged Above (the best staging company in the DMV) to schedule a consultation. Staged Above was able to point us in the right direction while also saving us time and money by utilizing our existing furniture. Lawrence scheduled the showings around our schedule and would check in with us on a daily basis to see if we were okay. We only had our house on the market for seven days and received at least ten offers. Having said that, Lawrence was able to secure an offer for $20,000 more than the asking price. We encountered a few stumbling blocks during the closing process, but Lawrence assured us once more, "I got you!". Lawrence was able to get us to settlement despite the roadblocks. Throughout the process, Lawrence will do everything necessary to sell your home, secure an offer, and close it quickly. Place your faith in him and his process! Lawrence is an excellent realtor as well as a wonderful friend. He'll be there if you need assistance moving furniture. He’ll attend birthday party. He'll be there for all those big moments in life. As we begin our new lives in California, we reflect on the times we spent together and miss the friendship we formed. You can't go wrong having as a realtor or a friend in your life. Excellent realtor who has more to offer.
