Lawrence assisted my family and me in the purchase and sale of our home. And I must say that he will go above and beyond to ensure that your transaction goes smoothly and that you get the best deal possible. While we were selling our house, my family and I (mostly me) were concerned about the amount of money it would take to prepare the house for the market. When the house is staged, we will have to walk on eggshells to keep it clean, and I don't want people looking through my belongings, Haha. We only had our house on the market for seven days and received at least ten offers. Having said that, Lawrence was able to secure an offer for $20,000 more than the asking price. We encountered a few stumbling blocks during the closing process, but Lawrence assured us once more, "I got you!". Lawrence was able to get us to settlement despite the roadblocks. Throughout the process, Lawrence will do everything necessary to sell your home, secure an offer, and close it quickly. Place your faith in him and his process!
