The same day I told Laurie we were looking for a small house, she began sending me homes to look at online. For the price point and size we wanted, the market here is very hot. Within a couple days, we had decided which ones to tour with her associate, Kat Ram. Kat was super to work with: knowledgeable, quick communication, responsive to questions, very personable, not pushy, and she was accommodating and willing to work with our schedule, especially in letting my husband look at the one I liked best after he was off work. Once we decided to put in an offer, it only got better. It was a multiple offer situation with a deadline approaching very, very quickly and Laurie and Kat helped us come up with an offer amount which was accepted! The process leading up to closing, during closing and after was exceptional - they walked through it with us and guided us and we never felt like we were left hanging or wondering. Questions were answered quickly and the process was stress-free and enjoyable! Becky Watson, who handled all the paperwork once the offer was accepted, was awesome!
