Laurie made my first time home buying experience stress free throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and helped with all of the details that made my 30 day escrow successful. Laurie went out of her way when showing me homes as well as assisting me with taking care of setting up my utilities so I was set to go on the day of closing. It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and personable realtor who was available for me whenever I had a question or a concern about the entire home buying process. Laurie is an incredible agent and is dedicated to help you with either buying or selling. I first contacted her when I was deciding to sell and move. The property was excellent, but the seller did not take our offer. Laurie began the search and when I suggested properties she arranged for showings. However, nothing either of found was acceptable. I told her, since it was the end of August, we'd try again in the spring. Within days, she contacted me about a new development in La Quinta, Estates at Carmela, and arranged for us to tour the models. She did say she found the perfect property. Without a doubt, Laurie did find the perfect home and we decided that day to purchase a lot and have the home built. She listed my previous home and although it took time, we finally had sale. She negotiated the sale and rent back. Not only is she a skilled realtor, but now someone I can call a friend.
