Laurie works from many angles to present property to the market w/o breaking a buyer's budget. Due to her unwavering drive, I'm happy w/ her house-shopper response, despite the currently weak market (which is what it is). Her sales are still going well. Since it was a quick close and I was out of town, Laurie handled the repairs suggested by the inspector.
