Very Responsive, I had a setup in mind with a dream house and she worked with me to find the dream house, It has been an absolute pleasure having Laurie as an agent, because she works for the buyer and did an amazing job. Laurie was terrific, she found exactly what we were looking for, first floor room for my handicapped mom , extra bedrooms , big yard for children , garage , basement , bonus room enough space for a family of 7 , she fought for us when sellers were refusing to replace broken items, she treated us like we were part of her family and was genuinely supportive and kind and caring about our journey ! We were octogenarians house hunting. Laurie Webster made the house search and closing a comfortable experience for us. She pointed out problems we might have overlooked. Also took videos of basements areas, and homes we were not able view. What seemed daunting became an easy, pleasurable experience because Laurie does her job so well. We have purchased 10 houses over the years and recommend her as a superb professional real estate agent.

Laurie-Ann has all the features that make for a great real estate experience including; market knowledge, friendly/helpful/professional service, great communication skills (she always promptly gets back to you if she is unavailable). Also when it was time to go for an offer she produced the comps. to assist on where your offer should be and worked closely to get it over the finish line. Her services continued with lots of assistance through all the steps required to take you all the way to closing.

I was randomly paired with Laurie via Zillow, but it was literally be best match I could have expected! Laurie understood what I was looking for very quickly and even found houses I hadn’t thought about to show me. Not only did she help me find my dream home but she also paired me with local vendors that could help me make this house a home. I am so thankful I met Laurie and she was able to help me :)
