Lauri helped me to buy a condo in Laguna Niguel. It was my first time buying a home and I knew close to nothing about the process. Lauri made it very easy and absolutely stress free. She was very helpful, very easy to work with and easily accessible by phone and email. An update to my review: A few months after purchasing the condo I had an issue with a water leak inside the wall. Upon opening the wall we noticed that a pipe was cracked which resulted in several walls, kitchen cabinets, pantry and hallway cabinet being affected. I ended up going through mold remediation, drywall and all the cabinets replacement. HOA paid for everything related to the walls. However, I had to rebuild my kitchen cabinets, pantry and the hallway cabinets, paint the walls/ceilings and replace baseboards at my own expense. This unfortunate situation happened due to the overlook during the condo inspection. The inspector has noticed the wet spots on the wall and included them in the report. Since I was not present during the inspection, I did not request any further investigation. When Lauri sent me the report, she did not suggest doing any additional inspection to investigate those wet spots. Due to my inexperience (I am a first time home buyer) I did not request any additional investigation either. I reached out to Lauri and offered to split the cost of the construction, since both of us overlooked this issue, but she refused to do so. I decided to edit my review so that the first-time home buyers who will work with Lauri in the future are aware that they should not be relying purely on Lauri's expertise, especially when it comes to reviewing the inspection reports.

Lauri was the best agent that we have worked with. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. She was able to negotiate a great deal for us and was very diligent with every step. We were even able to close a week early because everything went so smoothly. Lauri was the first realtor I felt was actually doing the job realtors say they do. It actually felt like she had our best interest in mind and was not just looking to make her commission. We told her we needed to get a good value for our home to afford the new one. She was proactive and when dealing with potential buyers and helped to get us a very good value for our home. The stager she suggested did a great job for a very reasonable price. The purchase of our new home was not a smooth one. The seller and there realtor caused significant issues with our ability to close our loan and Lauri worked hard to get things done and take stress off of us. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again.
