Some real estate sales take a lot of work and ours unexpectedly turned out to be one of them. We live in New Jersey and we put our condo in Pompano Beach up for sale with Lauren Ring of Pompano Beach Realty as our agent. Due to a concrete restoration project going on at the building, it took longer than expected to sell. During this time, we had a couple of issues come up. First, after a torrential downpour, we got some rainwater in our unit. We thought we would have to travel down there to do the cleanup, but Lauren brought in fans herself and then made an appointment with a cleaner to dry and clean the carpet. She met them at the appointment time and waited there until they were done. She even worked with the property manager to determine the source of the water intrusion. Next, the A/C broke down. Again, Lauren made the appointment with the vendor, met them at the appointment time, and stayed until the work was finished. We were so relieved that Lauren did this work for us and that we did not have to travel down there for these issues. Lauren was always easy to contact and always kept us up to date on these issues (even sending pictures) and with the offers on the unit. When we discussed offers, she always gave us a through explanation for the questions that we had. And, we were delighted with the price she negotiated for our unit. Lauren took so much stress away from us and saved us so much time and travel. She will always be our Florida Superhero.
I decided to come to Pompano Beach to see what it was like in called Pompano Realty and got in touch with Lauren. I came down here for several days and saw multiple properties. She sorted out what my likes and dislikes were. Notes on all the properties, and at the end of it I went over all the notes with her, decided to make some offers.
