Although that one house was not what we needed. Lauren Reed was Instantly someone we just clicked with. We found a house we liked Lauren did the negotiations not only fir selling our home but buying our new as well. Everything went smoothly, she answered all the questions. Lauren is an expert in the Page County market, but what's even better - she's fun to work with. She takes all the stress out of the transaction because she knows her stuff, and because she communicates often and well. Selling a house with her was such a good time I wish I had more houses to sell. Only downside is that she insists on taking a realtor fee, which I felt wasn't necessary, but I guess we all gotta make a living.
