This is the third time in six years that we have used Lauren as our agent. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, and ready to help in any way. Our sale and subsequent purchase of our new house were quick and seamless. She guided us, but included us in the process. Lauren also helped us get an excellent mortgage broker, who helped us secure a fixed-rate mortgage at an interest rate that was below market. Lauren actually was instrumental in helping us get the low rate. Lauren also recommended our interior designer. This was also an excellent recommendation. We adore our young interior designer who is brimming with good ideas. Our condo is taking shape, and we can’t wait for the interior design to be completed. It will be beautiful and very comfortable. Thanks to Lauren we are living in the condo of our dreams.
