It’s in excellent condition, and located in a beautiful neighborhood, so it was expected that there would be many bids, and there were. It was thanks to Lauren’s skill at bidding that we were able to outbid the competition and still purchase the property at a very reasonable price. Lauren also helped us get an excellent mortgage broker, who helped us secure a fixed-rate mortgage at an interest rate that was below market. Lauren actually was instrumental in helping us get the low rate. Lauren also recommended our interior designer. This was also an excellent recommendation. We adore our young interior designer who is brimming with good ideas. Our condo is taking shape, and we can’t wait for the interior design to be completed. It will be beautiful and very comfortable. Thanks to Lauren we are living in the condo of our dreams.
