We did not live in Florida. Laura listened to what we were looking for. Routinely sent us properties she thought would suit our needs. She called and emailed (not excessively) to check in with what we liked and did not like. When we finally came to check out the area, she had several places set up and took time to drive us around the area so we could get to know the town. We were not in a rush and she never pressured us. However in no time at all she found a home that checked off all our boxes. She walked us through the closing, found us a bank, helped us set up utilities. Even after closing Laura helped with suggestions for furniture, questions for the seller, etc. Basically we felt like we were working with family.. someone who cares about you and your happiness. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
