She created several custom searches on the MLS for me based on my parameters, and checked in with me every so often to make sure I was satisfied. When the time came to see properties, Laura sent the paperwork quickly and arranged all the details with the listing agents. She always made herself available, answered every question I had and was routinely able to get condo/HOA rules and budget documents whenever I requested, even though most of the times you cannot get those documents until a contract has been signed. If I had specific questions related to the property, Laura called the listing agent and got the answers. She is knowledgeable, professional in every way, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with the whole property searching and buying process.

We can't thank Laura Trebatch enough for the exceptional experience of purchasing our new Florida condo. She went above and beyond for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of buying our condo since we were newbies to it. She got us the best deal possible, explained and walked us through every last detail, including helping us fill out all the complex paperwork with the patience of a saint since I am not that computer savvy. Laura was always easy to reach and readily available. She always returned our calls quickly We live in NY and we were unable to go down to Florida to see the apartment, so Laura went to the condo and facetimed with us. She took her time to show and explain every crack and crevice of the apartment. It was sooo helpful! She made sure to include a couple of small problem areas that she didn't try to hide, as well as, contacted the owner's realtor to make sure that they would be taken care of before the purchase. When we did finally get to go down to Florida (before the closing), Laura unfortunately had to come up north to go to a funeral, but she went out of her way to reach out to the seller's realtor to meet us at the condo to make sure we were able to see it. She is very welled versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She even called us to find out how it went. Laura was also extremely helpful in suggesting where to go to buy nice furniture at a reasonable rate. She also sent us all the information, including the addresses and phone numbers to the electric company, insurance company (that she herself uses and reached out to her agent for a quote for us), and the condo's club house. As you can see, Laura is outstanding at her job and we highly recommend using her. She is a caring, well-informed, approachable, efficient professional who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best possible experience.
