I started working with Laura several years ago when I decided to have a home in Palm Beach County. She created several custom searches on the MLS for me based on my parameters, and checked in with me every so often to make sure I was satisfied. When the time came to see properties, Laura sent the paperwork quickly and arranged all the details with the listing agents. She always made herself available, answered every question I had and was routinely able to get condo/HOA rules and budget documents whenever I requested, even though most of the times you cannot get those documents until a contract has been signed. If I had specific questions related to the property, Laura called the listing agent and got the answers. She is knowledgeable, professional in every way, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with the whole property searching and buying process.
