I've utilized Laura on a couple of other occasions. She has always been great with communication and helping me through the process. In this most recent purchase, however, I made the mistake of choosing a bad lender who was terrible with communication. Laura had to be extra aggressive when working with this lender, and work to get us to closing. 3 different times, the lender had to push the closing date, but Laura made sure the seller's realtor was in the loop and that helped keep the seller patient as well. In the end, her hard work helped make sure I did eventually close on the house. I honestly think anyone else could not have been as effective in making this happen and the seller would have walked.

Laura demonstrated excellent professionalism, and motivation during my whole selling process. She helped through the whole process and went above and beyond any other realtor I've ever used in the past. Laura illustrated her vast knowledge of the process and made it as simple and quick as possible. Laura was amazing. Any time I’ve asked to see your house she was right on it, and in this market that is exactly what you need because a house will have several offers the same day it list.Laura was amazing during our offer, our inspection process , the inspection negotiations and exceptionally amazing all around.
