Laura Schwartz is an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond to help us fix up our townhouse for sale. She told us what needed to be fixed to pass inspection and what upgrades made financial sense. She helped us pick out fixtures, paint color, and carpet, so we would appeal to a lot of buyers. She helped us find contractors and managed them so that we were on schedule! She responds right away to texts, emails and phone calls. She understands the process and explains everything clearly and succinctly. She had the foresight to get all the approvals from the HOA early so everything would go smoothly. We got an offer the first weekend we went on the market thanks to Laura's hard work, marketing, and planning. After we accepted an offer, she gave us checklists to do before closing and answered all of our questions. She kept us organized. The process was so much easier with her by our side.
